I had a superb week. the restaurant food options between the two hotels is excellent. the quality of service is appropriately high. It helped me feel relaxed and not pompous.

Check-in was appalling. they sent us away for 5 mins after a 6-hour flight delay. This was dreadful and i had to speak to their manager.

The noise at night was quite annoying. It came from nearby places like o beach and zero gravity. the bedroom actually vibrated from the noise, the soundproofing just didn't exist. it's a shame because i have stayed here before, though it has become worse.

the garden and beach areas provided ample space. i appreciated the spaciousness compared to other hotels in the area. the room included a sea view and a large balcony. this.

i found the service at one restaurant slightly below par! the food quality and variety at 'maya' restaurant were not up to my expectations. also, the room dining quality could be better, and the menu seemed unchanged for years.
